Shipping Policy

We are committed to ensure quick shipping and seamless delivery. We are tied up with topmost courier companies to ensure to quick and seamless deliveries.

We ship the order at the earliest we can; however, the shipment of the order depends of the pick-up by the courier services. We will make your outfits after placement of your order and usually processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Please note that in case of natural calamities or some disaster where courier is disturbed, the delivery and dispatch may be delayed depending on the policies of the courier company.

If the order is misplaced or not located after being shipped, Courier Company takes the responsibility for the same and the case may take time up to their policies.

We will provide you with the tracking information after shipment of your order. You may follow-up with the courier company website for tracking the parcel. We, however, work closely with our courier partners and ensure you the full support from our side as well.

Please do not accept the order if the parcel you received is tempered and contact us immediately from the “Contact Us” section. If you accept the tempered parcel from the courier, we will not entertain the missing or damage complaints.

Please note the following information for our shipping policy:

  1. a) Minimum chargeable shipping price would be for 0.50 Kg (500 grams)
  2. b) Volumetric weight Price or the Parcel Weight Price, whichever is higher is applicable.
  3. c) We ( reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and shipping mode (air or surface) for your parcel.
  4. d) Free shipping is available.

NOTE: In case of natural disasters or any uncontrolled activity or unfortunate circumstances, if the parcel is undelivered, the courier company takes the responsibility of missing parcel. And this process takes time for refund processing. Also, note that we ( or the courier company will not be responsible for delay in the delivery in such unforeseen conditions either at the sender’s location or the receiver’s location.

Exchange and Return Policy

We do not offer any exchange or return option on custom made products, Jewellery, Home Decor Products, Plus size clothing items with Sizes 5XL and above, Sale Products, Customized Products sold by Tattvahub. By making a purchase, you are confirming that you have read and understand our refunds policy.

To return your order:

  1. Please visit the Contact us Page with your order number or phone number within 5 days from the date of receipt of shipment stating the return reason and selecting the item you wish to return in your order.
  2. We will then be able to initiate a reverse pickup at no extra cost within India. For international orders, the customer will need to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost to and fro.
  3. After receiving the returned product, we will provide you a store credit amounting the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you. Note that this applies in FREE SHIPPING OPTION also. This is because once the product is shipped; the courier company charges us the certain amount which we have to bare.
  4. You can use the store credit code with a validity of 1 year for any product listed on our website.

 Please Note

We click our photos in natural light so that the product depicted on the website is closest to how it looks in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus slight colour difference seen in the product is unavoidable. Some products and colours also tend to look slightly brighter in photos as the camera lens always highlights certain colours more.

Also, our products are truly handcrafted and hand done. Slight irregularities in motifs, texture, and colour are a part and parcel of handcrafted products and lend character to it. Please also understand that unlike chemical dyed and digital printed products, handcrafted products are not mass manufactured but Infact made in batches. Thus slight variation in colour, shade, motif in each batch produced is natural due to the human involvement in the process.

However, if the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.


Cancellation by the Customer:
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing an order, we will try our best to assist you with the refund. In such case of order cancellation your refund will be processed through same made of payment and you shall receive the refund into the source where you made payment. The refund shall realization in your source may take time upto 7-8 working days.

Cancellation by the reserves full rights and control to cancel any order at any given time.


We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us at the details along with a picture within 48 hours of receiving your order.
After acknowledging your email, our team will arrange for a reverse pickup at your address

Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment.

For international orders, the customer is himself responsible to send across the purchase item back to us in order to be eligible for a refund.
